When making a reservation at our Hotel, regardless of the booking channel, our valued guests accept and agree to our General Policies that outline the terms of our service provision from reservation to accommodation, as well as define mutual norms.

Check-in time is at 2:00 pm, and check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
In accordance with the legal requirements of the Ministry of Tourism, guests are required to fill out the National Guest Registration Form (NGRF) with the following information to check-in: full name, CPF (passport for foreigners), identification document, full address, phone number with area code, and email.
A child up to 3 (three) years old using a crib or existing beds in the accommodation will be exempt from charges. A second child or children aged 4 to 10 years will incur an extra bed fee, respecting the maximum capacity of each room. Children over 10 years old are considered adults, and availability of triple or quadruple rooms will be adjusted accordingly.
In compliance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, the lodging of minors under 18 years old unaccompanied by parents or guardians is not allowed. All minors under 18 years old will be required to present a photo ID at check-in to verify their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents. If a minor under 18 years old is accompanied only by a guardian who is not a parent, a written authorization document signed by the parents with a notarized signature must be presented at check-in.
Room rates are determined by the period of stay, date, and number of occupants.
The daily rate includes accommodation, daily cleaning services, reception services, and breakfast.
Prices for services not included in the daily rate, such as minibar, telephone, Spa, Restaurant, Bar, laundry, among others, will be available for consultation in printed form at the reception. The Hotel's website details all services and products offered.
Pet Policy:
Room Service
Housekeeping service is provided daily from 8 am to 4 pm, including trash removal, cleaning, and bed-making. For ecological reasons, bed linen is changed every 3 days or upon guest change. Towels are replaced daily. In case of stains due to improper use, such as wine, hair dye, makeup, etc., an extra laundry fee may apply. Bath towels are not to be used outside the rooms.
Minibar
All our accommodations are equipped with minibars stocked with water, soft drinks, beers, juices, and snacks. Guests receive a stocked minibar upon arrival and can request replenishment at the reception. The minibar will be checked at check-out, and charges will be added to the guest's bill.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available in all internal areas of the hotel.
Television
Televisions in all accommodations offer cable TV channels, as per the printed list in each room. The functionality may vary due to weather or satellite issues. All TVs provide access to the "Netflix" and "Globoplay" apps, accessible with the guest's personal username and password. Guests are responsible for logging out after use.
Electricity
All hotel outlets are 220v.
Air Conditioning
All accommodations feature air conditioning with hot/cold settings. The remote control allows guests to adjust functions and desired temperature. For any questions, please contact the reception.
Smoking Policy
Smoking within the accommodations or enclosed social areas of the hotel is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are installed in the rooms. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of R$ 300.00 for cleaning and deodorizing. For guests who wish to smoke in the open outdoor areas, ashtrays are available for loan at the reception.
Amenities
In the bathrooms, hygiene products are provided according to the standards of each accommodation. Replenishment will be done as needed during room cleaning. If additional items are required, please contact the reception, and extra charges may apply.

Electronic Locks
All rooms are equipped with electronic locks that can only be opened with the guest's programmed card for that period. In case of loss, please inform the reception so that a new card can be programmed and the old one invalidated.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served exclusively in the hotel restaurant daily from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

We reserve the right to make changes to the operation based on reservations, private events, or operational needs of the hotel.
The hotel offers free open parking on its premises. We are not responsible for objects left inside vehicles.
The hotel offers guests a covered and an outdoor pool, available for free use from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

We have a large green area that guests can enjoy.
The meeting and conference room is available by reservation. Special setups and audiovisual rentals are the responsibility of the renter.
The kids' space is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The kiosk area is available by reservation at the reception with an additional fee.
The sports field is available for guest use.
The hotel requests guests to maintain maximum silence in the rooms and other hotel facilities, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Guests agree to use the hotel and accommodations in accordance with good norms and customs. Any behavior contrary to good customs and public order may result in the request for the guest to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund.
Any damages caused by guests or their dependents/guests to the hotel facilities may be charged to the guest's account or billed later.
When driving within the hotel premises, please do not exceed the maximum speed limit of 10 km/h and pay attention to pedestrians and especially children.
Any found objects will be kept for 30 days, with a fee for shipping. After this period, if no one claims the item, it will be donated to charity.
The hotel provides electronic safes in all accommodations for storing personal and valuable items. We are not responsible for items or valuables left in any other area of the hotel during the stay.
For the physical safety of guests, the hotel has an internal CCTV system monitoring corridors, reception, restaurant, and other social areas.
By staying at the hotel, all guests and their guests grant all image rights to the hotel resulting from the CCTV system during the stay. These images will not be provided to third parties, except by order of law enforcement authorities or a court order.
Respecting the privacy of other guests and the hotel's security, entry of visitors and guests is only allowed with proper authorization and registration at the reception, while respecting the room occupancy limit and additional charges may apply.
It is strictly prohibited to carry or store assembled or loaded firearms inside the hotel. For professionals with legal firearm permits, the presentation of ownership and carry documents is essential upon arrival at the hotel.
Common areas such as pools, spa, gym, kids' room, game room, auditorium, etc., may be closed or have limited access according to local health regulations.
